Dear BBC Family,

"Be still and know that I am God." Psalms 46:10
Sometimes on life's path we come to stop signs, closed doors, and various disappointments. At these times we have to remind ourselves that God is in control and put our trust in Him.
There are other times we choose to stop by our own desires. We pause for a daily quiet time, or an occasional retreat, or an entire week to get away and refresh ourselves.
The distractions in this world are very loud but have you learned to practice Psalms 46:10?
