Children's Summer Camp
Adventure to South America, Mission Weekender
June 25-26, 2010
Camp Linden
For boys and girls grades 1-6
Cost $50 (includes 3 meals and the 1-nights lodging)
At this camp, you will meet 3-4 missionaries from South America
and learn more about missions.
Outreach
Can you give one night a month?
I appreciate the suggestion by one church member...I want to be involved in outreach
but committing to one night a week is difficult. We all have busy schedules..
so let's try committing to one night a month.
Outreach is on Monday nights at 6:30 p.m.

WMU News
Our annual mission project for the Boys Ranch is going on NOW!
Grocery list and baskets are in both buildings. All items need to be in by March 7th.
March 7 - 14
North American Mission Emphasis Week of Prayer- our church's goal is $1,700 and the WMU
will lead in the evening services on March 14 at 6:00 p.m.
March 9
WMU Quarterly Meeting at Calvary Baptist Church at 7:00 p.m. We will be taking the
items for the Boys Ranch to this meeting.
March 19 - 21
Mission Get Together in Gatlinburg - The mission project for the
trip is Spanish Bibles. If you would like to contribute to the purchase of the Bibles,
please contact Sara Wright or Louise Studdard.
Personnel Committee News
Joey Carter will be coming to BBc on Sunday, March 21st in both servies
in view of the Children's Minister's job.
Joey is a 2009 graduate of Mid-America Theological Seminary and currently a member of
Crosspointe Baptist Church. He is employed by Varsity Spirit Fashions. Joey is also engaged to be married
to Tracy Craig this fall.
During the evening service, Joey will share his testimony and answer questions. We will meet in the new dining hall for evening service.
All parents and children are invited to attend. Refreshments will be served following the service.
It is time to order Easter Lilies.
The cost is $9.00 for a 6" lily. The flowers
will be at the church on March 28, 2010.
If you would like to order a lily, please contact the church office.
Plan Your Easter Dinner and Let Us Cook It!!!
The ladies of BBc are offering smoked Boston butts for $25 and desserts from
$1 to $10.
This is a fundraiser for the roof fund. The bake sale and the butts will be at the church for pick up on Saturday, April 3rd.
